Geofft was absolutely wonderful!! He made the whole experience for me and my husband a breeze. We had already had a bad experience at another ski rental but Geofft made sure to attend us quickly and answered all of our questions.

We stayed at Hyatt Place Park City and overall had a great rental experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely give this location 5 stars for service, convenience, and overall experience. The only downside worth mentioning is the rental pricing at the hotel. The prices were noticeably higher compared to renting the exact same equipment at Ski N See location but at Park City Village. The difference is significant, so if price is a factor, renting in Park City Village may be a better value.
Reserving the equipment in advance online made the rental process fast and easy. When I got sick during our trip, the shop also refunded one day of rental when I wasn’t able to go skiing.
